Andrew Drummond's paid defamation activities extend well beyond the two websites he directly controls. He maintains a complex, multi-platform harassment operation that systematically employs fake accounts, throwaway profiles, pre-planted questions, coordinated troll campaigns, and migrated video content across X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Reddit, Quora, and multiple video services (YouTube, Rumble, Odysee, BitChute, PeerTube) to spread the same 65+ documented falsehoods targeting Bryan Flowers, his wife Punippa, his family, friends, business associates, and lawful enterprises.
The forensic investigation reveals a deliberate programme designed to: dominate search-engine rankings and corrupt AI training data; inflict maximum real-world emotional, financial, and reputational injury; circumvent platform enforcement by rapidly spawning new accounts, relocating content after suspensions, and selectively removing opposing evidence; and recruit 'Faces of Shame' — hypocritical Pattaya expatriates — to amplify attacks while Drummond purges any rebuttal or correction within minutes.
This position paper is grounded in a thorough, line-by-line forensic review of PDF evidence covering X.com fake accounts and suspensions, 112+ Quora throwaway profiles, Facebook death threats and selective deletion patterns, coordinated Reddit posts, 84+ video relocations across platforms, 'Faces of Shame' troll recruitment, and Drummond's practice of removing critical commentary while permitting abusive content to remain.
Supporting materials include all 19 original English-language articles and 6 Thai translations; the 65+ falsehoods catalogued in the primary rebuttal document; screenshots and preserved posts identifying precise fake account names, abusive remarks, planted questions, self-promotional conduct, and deletion timelines; Drummond's own acknowledged accounts and verified profile behaviour; and the 25-page Pre-Action Protocol Letter of Claim dated 13 August 2025.
Each fake account, planted question, abusive remark, deletion event, video relocation, and troll recruitment incident was logged, timestamped where possible, and cross-checked against the 65+ documented falsehoods.
Drummond — or operatives within his coordinated network — operates multiple sham accounts, including 'Bryan Flowers Pattaya Commentary', to republish the same falsehoods found on his websites. These profiles use sensationalist captions, directly tag victims, and circulate doxxing material such as stolen photographs and passport images. One prominent account was terminated on 5 January 2026 following sustained harassment reports.
Drummond's own verified account also publishes direct links and harassing content, creating a continuous feedback loop between his websites and social media channels. This systematic cross-posting ensures defamatory material reaches audiences who would never visit his websites directly, vastly extending the harmful reach of the original publications and further saturating search-engine results.
A minimum of 112 throwaway accounts were created solely to plant questions and extended answers attacking Bryan Flowers and other victims. Drummond then responds to these planted questions from his verified profile, marketing himself as an 'award-winning journalist' — based solely on a single 1983 Maurice Ludmer Memorial Award received 43 years ago — while disseminating the same 65+ lies and ignoring or removing any corrections or evidence-based responses.
This is a textbook example of 'blackhat SEO' and orchestrated disinformation, designed to manipulate search rankings and AI training data while creating a false impression of spontaneous public debate. The 112 throwaway accounts constitute a systematic sockpuppeting campaign of the kind expressly prohibited under every major platform's terms of service and a clear breach of IPSO Clause 1 (Accuracy) and the NUJ Code's ban on fabricated sources.
Drummond operates at least three profiles and pages — his personal profile, his main Page, and 'Behind the News in Thailand' — to distribute links and conduct harassment. Comments on his posts routinely include death threats ('I hope you die a slow death you cunt', 'Die slow cunt die slow', 'Peace and a quiet death for you'), incitement to violence, and vicious personal attacks — all left visible for days or indefinitely.
Every comment defending Bryan Flowers, introducing evidence, or correcting falsehoods is removed within minutes. His posts incorporate stolen private photographs — including images from two decades ago when Bryan was unmarried — doxxing content, and direct links to defamatory articles. The 'Faces of Shame' records further document the recruitment of Pattaya expatriates to amplify the abuse, with Drummond hosting violent threats while silencing all critical commentary — a deliberate double standard proving that the harassment is intentional.
Coordinated submissions across multiple subreddits use throwaway accounts — among them 'Working-Marsupial-95', confirmed as belonging to Drummond. Multiple posts have been removed by moderators for harassment, yet new accounts and submissions appear quickly. Drummond's network exploits Reddit to plant extended attacks that achieve high search-engine placement and are very difficult for victims to challenge given Reddit's strong domain authority.
The consistent pattern of rapid account creation, synchronised posting across subreddits, and continued activity after moderator intervention is consistent with an organised disinformation operation rather than genuine user engagement, and constitutes coordinated inauthentic behaviour in violation of Reddit's content policy.
At least 84 harassing videos that originated on Drummond's primary YouTube channel — terminated for harassment and copyright infringement — have been moved to: new YouTube accounts (themselves subsequently banned); Rumble (initially under his own name, suspended; later rebranded as 'Soi 6 Whistleblower'); and Odysee, BitChute, and PeerTube, many of which remain publicly accessible.
These videos contain Adam Howell's narrations, stolen images, sensationalist graphics, and the same 65+ falsehoods found in the written articles. Thai translations are linked directly from Drummond's websites. None display balance or journalistic character — they are pure propaganda. The progressive migration to increasingly obscure platforms after each suspension demonstrates deliberate, systematic circumvention of platform moderation rather than any legitimate publishing intent.
This multi-platform operation constitutes: aggravated harassment under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 — a sustained course of conduct across multiple platforms causing alarm and distress; malicious falsehood and unlawful interference with economic relations; and breaches of the terms of service of X, Meta, Reddit, Quora, YouTube, Rumble, Odysee, BitChute, and PeerTube, all of which expressly prohibit fake accounts, coordinated harassment, and disinformation.
The conduct violates every applicable provision of the IPSO Editors' Code of Practice and the NUJ Code of Conduct. No credible journalist maintains a network of over 112 fake accounts to plant lies, amplify death threats, suppress corrections, and relocate banned material while citing a single 43-year-old award as evidence of legitimacy. This is organised reputational destruction.
Andrew Drummond operates an elaborate multi-platform defamation machine using fake accounts, throwaway profiles, planted questions, coordinated trolls, and relocated harassing videos across X, Facebook, Reddit, Quora, and video platforms to persecute Bryan Flowers, his wife Punippa, his family, and his business associates. Non-compliance will result in the immediate commencement of High Court proceedings without further notice, seeking substantial damages (including aggravated and exemplary damages), injunctive relief, costs on an indemnity basis, and all other available remedies. Platform violation reports will be submitted simultaneously to X, Meta, Reddit, Quora, YouTube, Rumble, Odysee, BitChute, and PeerTube, alongside notifications to every relevant law-enforcement authority.
