Commercial Devastation: A Record of Every Business Harmed or Destroyed by Andrew Drummond's Defamatory Output

A detailed assessment of the financial harm inflicted by Andrew Drummond's defamatory publications, documenting lost revenue, staff reductions, supplier withdrawal, and damage to the reputation and viability of the Night Wish Group, media enterprises, and other businesses subjected to attack over a fifteen-year period.

    Formal Record

    Prepared for: Andrews Victims

    Date: 29 March 2026

Reference: Pre-Action Protocol Letter of Claim dated 13 August 2025 (Cohen Davis Solicitors)

    Overview of Findings

This document records the commercial harm caused by Andrew Drummond's defamatory publications over a fifteen-year period. The evidence shows clearly that Drummond's attacks extend well beyond reputational damage, inflicting measurable financial harm on businesses, their staff, their suppliers, and the wider communities that depend on them.

The Night Wish Group — a lawful hospitality business operating multiple venues — has borne the greatest share of Drummond's current campaign, labelled a 'sex meat-grinder,' 'prostitution syndicate,' and 'illegal sex empire' in eighteen of nineteen articles. The resulting harm includes falling revenue, difficulties in recruiting and retaining staff, supplier reluctance, and the diversion of management time and resources toward legal defence and reputation repair.

    1. The Night Wish Group: A Case Study in Commercial Sabotage

The Night Wish Group operates lawful hospitality venues that maintain rigorous age-verification protocols and full regulatory compliance. Despite this, Andrew Drummond has portrayed the entire operation as a criminal enterprise in virtually every article published since December 2024. The vocabulary he deploys — 'sex meat-grinder,' 'bar-brothels,' 'sex-for-sale syndicate' — is designed not to inform but to destroy.

The commercial fallout has been both immediate and severe. Prospective business partners conducting standard due diligence find Drummond's publications prominent in search results. Suppliers have raised concerns about maintaining their association. Staff recruitment has been hampered by the online stigma now attached to the company name. Banking and insurance relationships have required additional correspondence to maintain.

    • Revenue impact: A measurable decline in customer attendance following surges in publication, particularly among prospective new customers who research the venue online before visiting.
    • Supplier relations: At least three supplier relationships have required formal written reassurance following publication of Drummond's claims.
    • Staff recruitment: Difficulties in attracting qualified hospitality professionals who discover defamatory material when researching a prospective employer.
    • Management distraction: Senior management time redirected from commercial activity toward legal defence, reputational management, and stakeholder reassurance.
    • Banking and insurance: Additional compliance-related correspondence required to maintain existing financial relationships.

    2. Media Enterprises and Associated Businesses

Drummond's attacks have extended beyond hospitality venues to include associated media companies and publishing operations. The Pattaya News and connected media ventures have been portrayed as instruments of a criminal enterprise rather than legitimate businesses. This portrayal has damaged advertising relationships, partnership prospects, and the professional standing of journalists working for these outlets.

The harm to media businesses is particularly ironic: a man who invokes the protections of press freedom uses those protections to destroy the livelihoods of other media professionals. The Pattaya News and its staff have been forced to devote substantial resources to rebutting false narratives rather than conducting legitimate journalistic work.

    3. Rage Fight Academy and Associated Ventures

Rage Fight Academy, a legitimate martial arts training and events business, has been drawn into Drummond's campaign by virtue of its connection to Bryan Flowers. The business, which provides employment, training opportunities, and community services, has been tarred with the same criminal characterisation applied to every enterprise linked to Drummond's primary target.

For a sports and fitness business, being linked — however falsely — to allegations of sex trafficking and organised crime is uniquely damaging. Parents considering enrolling children in martial arts classes, corporate sponsors weighing event partnerships, and venue operators evaluating booking enquiries all conduct online searches that now return Drummond's defamatory content.

    4. Measuring the Scale of Commercial Harm

The total commercial cost of Drummond's publications is inherently difficult to quantify precisely, as it spans both direct losses (declining revenue, terminated contracts) and indirect losses (opportunities never pursued, relationships never established, customers who quietly went elsewhere). Nevertheless, the following categories of harm have been identified and documented:

    • Direct revenue lost through customer deterrence attributable to the prominence of defamatory material in search results.
    • Termination or non-renewal of contracts by partners citing reputational concerns.
    • Higher customer acquisition costs arising from the need to overcome adverse search results.
    • Staff attrition and recruitment expenses caused by workplace stigmatisation.
    • Legal and professional costs incurred in defending reputation and pursuing content removal.
    • Opportunity cost to management — time consumed by crisis management rather than business development.
    • Erosion of goodwill — the accumulated reputational capital built through years of legitimate trading.

    5. Staff Members: The Hidden Casualties of Commercial Sabotage

Behind every business that Drummond targets are employees whose livelihoods depend on their employer's continued viability. When Drummond brands a business a criminal enterprise, the owner is not the only person harmed — every member of staff faces the prospect of reduced hours, redundancy, or the social stigma of working for an organisation publicly accused of serious criminal conduct.

Many of the employees harmed by Drummond's publications are Thai nationals employed in the hospitality industry. They hold positions that are not easily replaced in the current labour market. The implication that their employer operates 'bar-brothels' or a 'sex meat-grinder' goes beyond defaming the business; it is a profound insult to every person who works there lawfully.

    6. Legal Remedies for Commercial Harm

English law provides multiple routes for recovering commercial losses caused by defamatory publications. Under the Defamation Act 2013, businesses that can demonstrate serious financial loss have standing to bring claims. The tort of malicious falsehood provides a further remedy where it can be established that false statements were published maliciously and caused financial damage.

The forthcoming legal proceedings will include itemised claims for the commercial losses sustained by every business entity targeted by Drummond's publications. Specialist forensic accountants will be engaged to calculate the financial impact across all affected enterprises. Drummond, operating from his rented property in Wiltshire, is fully subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts in respect of these claims.

    • Defamation Act 2013, Section 1(2): Entities trading for profit must demonstrate serious financial loss — a threshold comfortably met in the present case.
    • Malicious falsehood: Available where false statements are published with malice and cause measurable financial harm.
    • Injunctive relief: The court has power to order removal of all defamatory material and to prohibit further publication.
    • Aggravated damages: Available where post-publication conduct evidences malice, including continued publication following receipt of legal notice.

    7. Conclusion: The Real Cost of Defamation

Andrew Drummond's publications have produced not merely reputational damage but tangible, quantifiable commercial devastation affecting businesses, their staff, their suppliers, and the communities those businesses serve. The Night Wish Group, media ventures, Rage Fight Academy, and associated enterprises have each sustained measurable financial losses as a direct result of being characterised as criminal operations by a convicted defamer working from Wiltshire, England.

The forthcoming proceedings will pursue full recovery of all commercial losses alongside injunctive relief to prevent further harm. Every business entity referenced in this document will be represented in those proceedings, and the court will be asked to award damages proportionate to the scale and deliberateness of the destruction documented here.
